Queen of the Dance Floor

Oops - I'm wearing the same dress that I wore in the last post - what a Faux Pas. Sorry - as a 17 month old, I have a very limited wardrobe. So - last weekend was fabulous! We went to Camryn's communion and saw a whole lot of Gabays (Yes - Jews at a Catholic affair - go figure). Anyway - after minutes of shyness - I lost control and decided that I must own the dance floor. Here's me on said dance floor with my grandfather (Papoo) and my Aunt Jacqui and my cousin Nicole.

It's now Thursday and last weekend is a distant memory - I have moved on. I am at Grandma and Grandpa Kiernan's house for two nights while Mommy & Daddy lose their shirt in Atlantic City. And on Sunday - I am going to my first Yankee game.

Uh-Oh!

Many new words this week: Uh-Oh (my favorite), Thank You, Bless You (only if you sneeze), Ball. That's in addition to my usual vocab of: Dog, Elmo, Not Nice, and of course, Ralph.

I saw so many people this weekend. First - I met baby Annabelle. That's Caden's new baby sister and she lives right next door to me. I also saw the Gabay clan and all my cousins. Nicole and Matthew chased me around the house. Until I fell from the stairs and landed on my nose. Uh-Oh!

And I saw the Kiernan clan yesterday - including my cousin Mickey. He's so cute. He's very happy and smiley. And - once again - I fell and landed on my nose. And I have a big bruise on my face. We have no idea how that got there. I also have three big bruises on my legs. Hopefully I'll have access to a computer when I'm in foster care.

Mommy leaves for California tomorrow. And Daddy has to take care of me all on his own. Want to bet that he calls Grandma and Grandpa to take me for the week??

Giddy-Up

What a crazy weekend. I am all about riding my elephant. See video in this post. This was a gift from Aunt Beth-Anne and Uncle Dan and I was terrified of it for the last few months. But now, you cant get me off of it! I did lots of new stuff this week. I dance now. I have zero rhythm but I make everyone laugh. Also - out of nowhere I am talking up a storm. Nobody understands a word. But I do not shut up.

We went to visit Mark and Kolleen on Saturday. Kolleen has a little baby girl in her belly. Mark gave me all the strawberries I wanted and chased me around their house. When we left, I ran up to Kolleen and gave her a hug. Then I ran up to Mark and gave him a hug. Those were my very first unsolicited hugs.
